Judging by the demeanor of office help and nurses in Dr. Raskin’s office, he apparently has a strickly enforced no-smile rule. Perhaps this is a pre-emptive measure to keep people who are stacked up in the waiting room from feeling free to complain. Well, no wonder. On my first visit I had to wait an hour and 11 minutes before being seen, and on my second visit (to have biopsies taken) 43 minutes. If my experience is typical, Raskin wastes hundreds of hours of other people’s time each week. Someone should send him a bill.
