in west allis, rented me one nice apartment, then switched me to a dumpy part of the property. wouldnt reimburse me for my carpet I installed. Lived there 5 years, outrageous heat bills, broken into several times. Creepy caretakers slammed me with $2000 bill for existing damages before I moved in, he always wanted to talk about his wife's plumbing problems ""she cries when she pees""! Illegal practices, neighborhood has a lot of problems. Not unlike Cabrini Green.
