I went to Symmetry because I was looking for a new hair salon in the area. The staff were friendly and efficient. I received a goodies bag for being a new customer; the first I have ever received from any salon. It was busy on a Friday night, but it wasn't the normal frenzy you see at salons that overbook and make clients wait. Ann highlighted and cut my hair to my exact specifications; she understood ""subtle"" highlights. She was very nice, but she didn't pester me with useless comments and conversations. I respected her more for that. Additionally, she took time to get all my information for future visits... plus I received an e-mail from Symmetry the next day thanking me for their business. It is worth every penny.
