Our garage door spring snapped, leaving our garage door half-open. I called several local vendors to get pricing. While others put me in voice mail, Tom answered the phone right away. His price was substantially less than anyone in town. While he did not have the part in stock, he drove to us the same day, picked up the spring, and came to my home within hours. Instead of just giving me the spring, he installed it for me in a matter of minutes, made the adjustments, and had it working again in no time. Tom was not only very knowledgeable, he was very personable, and made me feel like I was his best customer. In addition to garage doors, we also talked about replacing our front entry door, hollow-core interior doors, and trim. Tom is very service oriented, conscientious, and provides outstanding value. His company name is catchy-too. I would highly recommend I Know a Guy Garage Doors.
