From Fort Knox Self Storage. We purchased a total of 6-16ch DVRs at $800 a piece and 36 bullet cameras at about $100. With in 1 year,3 months 4 cameras died. When we contacted E-Zwatch they said theres nothing we could do for you, it's past 1 year. After a little argument about how much we money we spent they offered to fix them for us. So we mail the 4 broken cameras back. We recieved 3 new replacement cameras and 1 used camera with stripped adjustment screws that required a run to the hardware store for some rigging. 1 month later 2 more bullet cameras died! Total of 6 in 1-1/2 years. We are in the process of purchasing 2 more storage facilities in this year and after getting another broken camera back for a replacement i think we'll be ordering from Ebay. Same service.
