Review content:
I used schenck for about 20 years, never shopping around. I was never really happy with their service, but I just didn't change companies. They employ workers ,who, in my opinion, don't know what they are doing. I once had a problem and the furnace wasn't working. One of their guys came and said that I needed all new pipes and the price was $400. I told him to go ahead, just fix the problem. He changed the pipes, I paid $400. and the problem remained. I have receintly switched to a new company and I am happy. When I checked around, I found that Schenck was the highest priced company on the east end. In some cases a dollar per gallon more than what I paid with the new company. My message to you, is SHOP AROUND! My message to Schenck is stop blowing your own horn, you are not that good, AND STOP RIPPING OFF the people of the east end. We are not all millionaires.\r PS: The owner, when I finally spoke to him was extremely rude!
