I called in an emergency situation, and Mr. Garcia did respond in 20 minutes. However, quoting $850 to remove a large broken branch from my tree, and put it on the ground is insane. Even more insane is telling me to my face that because of the “emergency situation” prices are going to go up, and attempt to justify his “quote” by saying he needs to “bring his $100k truck" in to my backyard… This company has no problem taking advantage of people in the midst of disaster. DO NOT HIRE!!! If I see his company in my neighborhood now or ever, I will go directly to my neighbor and give them the number of a company with ethics and professionalism. Again- DO NOT HIRE!!!
