My daughter has been over weight for most of her life and I always kind of blamed myself for teaching her bad habits. My habits are not great and while I am not extremely over weight, I am not bigger than most people my height. I decided to sign her up for a gym membership to see if she would like it and get any results. She is 16 and has been working with a trainer for 6 months now and she is in better shape than she has ever been in her whole life! I cant believe the change it has made to her appearnce and her attitude! She is changing her whole lifestyle slowly but surely and loving life! She is getting more involved in sports at school and meeting new friends as well! I owe a big THANK YOU to Vision Quest for all their help and support they have given my daughter. Her confidence has sky rocketed and I couldnt be happier for her!!
