A great Realtor is hard to find--I know that's cliché' but I found one in Endeavor Realty.
Evan Kane, the broker, was excellent. He found my wife and I the perfect home.
We were relocating from the City of Chicago to the northern suburbs.
He was very patient with us as we looked at many homes and our changing requests and whims.
He was very knowledgeable of the areas--northern Cook and Lake Counties.
His negotiation skills are unsurpassed! He landed us a home during a tense and fast-paced bidding war.
Evan was very personable.
He went way beyond my wife's and my expectation.
