Sometimes it is human nature to quickly complain about that employees are not measuring up. Oftentimes we forget to acknowledge when an employee is doing a good job.
I would like take this opportunity to tell you that the cleaning person here at the Bradley Building is an exceptional employee. Within minutes after her arrival in the morning she is hard at work. She is very polite and courteous. The bathrooms, carpets, window, etc. are perfect in every day. She keeps our offices neat and clean. It is obvious that she takes her job very seriously and is a very good representative of your company.
Please give the cleaning person at the Bradley Building some words of encouragement and tell her that I truly appreciate her dedication and hard work.
