Review content:
Made an appointment for estimate for 3:00-3:30PM, three days in advance. Planned my day off for this visit and made sure dogs were put away and gate open. Two calls later to call center, and the rep finally calls back at 5:20PM. He then tells me that he never said he would be there at 3:00 and told me " good luck with another company". Not sure why this part of the service was so poor, but doesn't make me eager to hire them .
RESPONSE FROM B & G Hardwood Flooring:
I told DG I would be working that day and my best guess would be around 3. As I didn't know when I would be finished I told him I would call when I was on my way. He left two messages asking where I was because I didn't have cell service where I was at. When I called him after word he said he already called someone else. And yes I said "Good luck with the other company." I wasn't being sarcastic as I didn't even know who he called.
