I have been coming to this service center for 7 years, starting with a Jeep Grd Cherookee I got in 2001. They found something the dealer failed to disclose. I returned the Jeep to Heritage Jeep in Alexandria to get it fixed since it was new. Then when I later purchased a a used Passat, they did an incredible good work replacing the timing belt and water pump, the tie rod, the brakes and electrical system, etc. One day, I took the Passat to a VW dealer at Darcar College Pk to get a second opinion of the quality of the repairs and they told me that the car was in excellent shape. I even took my wife's Lexus RX 300 and they fixed it for a repair what would have been at least $2,000 more at Darcar Silver Spring Lexus dealership. One more thing I like at G&G SVC Center, their work is guaranted for 12 months or 12,000 miles!
