I called Roto-Rooter because I had sewage water backing up in my garage. They offered to come out that night at midnight but since I live in a townhouse complex I figured my neighbors would not appreciate the noise. The plumber, Brian, came the next morning and went through the options with me. He explained the process in detail and kept me up to date during his time at my house. Brian was super efficient, friendly and even did some cleanup for me. I would certainly recommend Roto-Rooter to anyone in the Lexington area. If I need service in the future they will be my first call!\r
