A pleasant experience when we were shopping for floors. They seemed knowledgeable. Amanda was very helpful and was the main reason we decided to go with Evan's. Then, once we had told them we had decided to get floors through them, it was a terrible experience. We were handed over to the owner Joe, who obviously knows nothing about customer service. He told me the cost of the floors was so high because they had to pay for the gas for people to drive out and do 'free' estimates. That's not really free then ,is it? Then once the installers came, they promised they'd be done by the end of the week. We even moved all of the furniture out ourselves (even though we were paying them to move it) to speed up the process. In the middle of the week, we noticed that their weren't enough floors...we mentioned it to the installer and he told us not to worrry, that he just wouldn't do closets. I told him that the estimate included closets and he would indeed be doing closets. It wasn't unt
