My experience at Gold Seal was one to be commented on. They were not only professional, but also went above and beyond my expectations. I had been to two different shops before them and they told me two different things. The shop owner at Gold Seal went out of his way to diagnose the problem. It turned out that it wasn't a transmission problem after all. I appreciate his honesty, because he actually inspected the vehicle for the problem rather than over charging me. I would highly recommend Gold Seal to anyone who may have transmission problems.
