This store, located across from the Westfield Mall, is a great place to shop for your electronic needs.
We have made many purchases from this store, from TVs to computer accessories. Ive bought gadgets for my car as well. I have been pleased with the service Ive received and with the products Ive bought.
Circuit City also sells CDs and DVDs, both at reasonable and competitive prices. The new release/pre release prices for DVDs are very competitive.
All products come with manufacturers warranties as well as the store extension warranties available for additional cost. To be honest, Ive not needed any additional warranties for the products Ive purchased. But then again, I shop name brands, so that may explain it.
The big draw is the pricing, especially on name brand items. Ive found specials that have beaten even the on line discount pricing Ive found on some items. Sometimes you can get it cheaper on line, but by the time you add shipping costs this can negate any savings you might have had. Circuit City has beaten some of the on line specials and to have it the same day you purchase an item is still more desirable for some items.
The staff is knowledgeable, occasionally a little pushy but they know when to back off. The store is well kept, neat, clean and well lit. And the products are grouped and easy to locate. Parking is ample in the lot out front.
