Review content:
Zoom had come out to our house to unclog a main sewer drain. They snaked it and had me sign off on their work. Two days later, yes two, It was clogged again. They scared me into thinking our sewer pipe was broken. We called the township and everything said everything else was fine. They told me that they would clear the clog again for no charge. When I showed up the tech they sent out said they already unclogged it and told me we should video the drain. They videoed the drian and used their jet blaster again. $2,000 later we were all fixed and I figured out it was our toliet paper we were buying not roots or a broken line. Just wish they would have asked some questions before making those assumptions. We switched back to our scotts and stoped using the quilted toliet paper.
