I don't know what range real estate you are looking for, but we've been using Ann over at the Dover Group for years. She is great. Encyclopedic knowledge of Washington Park, Madison Park, Capital Hill and Laurelhurst so well she's sold and resold lots of houses. She's a higher end agent, so don't use her if you want to buy a $120K condo :-)
I find that you really have someone who knows the specific neighborhoods really well. So Seattle is a big place, ask around for someone who knows the neighborhoods
