My personal observations, which caused us to switch:\r 1. Caught a couple of teachers yelling at infants and toddlers... \r 2. Caught state ratio requirements being violated several times\r 3. Their Video surveillance is nice, but when I went to monitor my son during lunch, one of the head teachers went to the room and INFORMED my son's teacher that his Mom is watching! \r 4. The director failed to keep our name confidential when we filed a complaint against a teacher - needless to say, we felt VERY uneasy leaving our child with that teacher who KNEW we had a problem with her. \r 5. Our son's teacher lied about what our son actually did on the daily reports, or how much he actually ate each day!! (she would just mark off 100% of EVERYTHING, when I knew my son wouldn't even touch some of that food at home; moreover, the markings would be different (not 100%) when a substitute teacher would come, who was more honest about the markings... when I asked the teacher how is it even possible that o
