I had made an appointment for the first of the day at 8:30 AM. When making the appointment I had many questions as one of my dogs has seizures when not in an environment other then his own. I feared he would seizure and hoped we would be seen within a reasonable time frame.When I arrived, I waited an hour with no explanation. The front desk didn't tell me that the Dr. was running late, or that he wasn't even in the office until I questioned the delay. Last to mention my dog had a seizure while waiting in the sauna of the waiting area and the front desk just kept gossiping about other customers, while on asked if she should get a tech to assist me. The tech came about 5 minutes later and told me to wait in the car until the Dr. arrived! The front desk gave me a vibe that I didn't appreciate. I felt very uncomfortable from the moment I arrived. Although I think lateness at length is extremely rude and unprofessional, especially having the first appointment of the day. I may have waited
