This business has the most nice and friendly owner who's prime mission in life is to please his customers! On a scale from one to ten, Randy Johnson is an 11 for customer service. He has access to over 18 companies to choose and get the lowest rate possible for those of us who are not easily insurred because of points and DUI's. He even goes to the BMV for you to reinstate your license. Talk about going the extra mile. His business hours are 9 - 5:30, but is is always willing to stay late and meet me me after work to receive my payment. His new office on Dixie Highway ajoining the Sunoco Station is the cutest log cabin building ever and is very accessable. I can get gas at sunoco and make my insurance payment at the same time!
