i wish i could put 0 stars but it wont let me i went there today for the first time. The gentleman at the counter seemed disinterested to acknowledge that i was even there didnt have my brake pads in stock but i bought 2 quarts of amsoil and was... at that point pretty happy with my purchase. i then went out to find my truck wouldnt start. So i went back in asked for a jump they said ok we will be right with you ............................................. i waited and waited for 25 min no one came. it wound up only being a broke wire but i spent two hours in 20 degree weather on my back replacing a starter to only find out it was that wire. many ray c employees walked by me during this not once did any one ask if i needed any help. I returned my goods in a civil manner and the manager said "its not are responsibility to make sure you get home we sell parts" I was livid and would rather scrap any bike i have than ever set foot in ray c's again. what is the world coming to when u ca
