As a business owner I always appreciate constructive feedback as a means ot improving service to our clients, however this last review makes me question the motive of the reviewer and here is why. In order to write a review you need to be somewhat computer savvy, so why not "Google" alternate groomers in the area if you were so unhappy? There are plenty of other groomers in the area that you could have chosen to visit. And why come back a few times yet never ask to speak to me, the owner, to voice your complaint? I would have made every attempt to make you happy! My grooming staff is professional, experienced and highly skilled and they work very hard to make all of our clients happy. Shaving a dog is not an easy task for any groomer to undertake due to potential risk of injury taking clippers that close to a moving animal and is only done at the owner's request or in the unfortunate case where a pet has been so severely neglected that it is the only humane option.
