After discussing what the vaccination requirements were with two different receptionists who had worked at this office for more than a year each and being assured BY BOTH that annual vaccines are left to the discretion of the dog owner, I decide to use this vet. My dog got one of the worst exams I have ever seen and I have owned many dogs over many years. The male vet there seemed to be afraid to touch my poor scared old toy dog even though I told him he'd never bitten anyone in the 10 years I'd had him. Then prior to scheduling the procedure, vet tech spent a good 30 minutes pushing the wellness plan at me and trying to convince me what a good deal it was cause the annual vaccines were included. I kept saying over and over that I don't do annual vaccines and in the end my dog was scheduled for his badly needed dental cleaning the next week.
