Yes..it is true you don't always see the same Dr....but you don't at Kaiser or at your pediatric group either. However, every Doctor we have ever encountered has been wonderful. I have had my dog here for 9+ years and had my cat here for 6 years before he got sick. they helped me make the right decision for him and were so very kind when we chose to put him to sleep. It was a humane and very comfortable passing for my cat. Our pure bred lab has had some serious health issues and he has always recieved the best of care. We now have a 2nd dog who is also under Banfield care for the past 3 years and we are still very happy. Each year our wellness plan has paid for itself in discounts and additional services. I would not have it any other way.
