WOW!, I can't believe those comments from a dissatisfied customer. We've been dealing with Dr. Smullen for close to 20 years with 4 cats. She was the only vet (and we tried a few very well known clinics) that diagnosed cancer in one of our cats. Her persistence and thoroughness in diagnosing illnesses and diseases go way beyond the average vet. We first met her when she worked at another clinic and will stay with her until she decides not to practice any longer. If you want the best treatment for your cat Dr. Smullen?s ethics and skills indisputable in my book. \r
I hope you get your issues worked out because your cat is missing out on care from one of the best cat vets in the Chicago area.
