I've been taking my cats to Dr. Smullen for more than 8 years and let me tell you that you cannot find a more dedicated, compassionate veterinarian to take care of your cats. She has always gone beyond the call of duty in my times of need. When I took my cat that was very sick to a different vet, the vet told me that he was dying of old age. I didn't like that answer, so I tried a cat only veterinarian - Dr. Smullen. She immediately diagnosed the problem as being a thyroid condition and put him on medication. Guess what? My cat that was supposedly dying of old age lived another 8 glorious years at the grand age of 18!!!\r \r I also have a cat that picked up a very horrible infection. Unluckily, I didn't realize how bad it was until he had difficulty seeing. I explained my concern to the receptionist who told me that it sounded very serious, but that unfortunately, it was the doctors day off so that I should bring my cat to an emergency clinic.
