this establishment is the worst business i have ever dealt with. i took a pair of designer suit pants valued at $350.00 to be cleaned and over a week later, after trying to give me 3 pairs of pants that were not mine, the owner refuses to compensate for the missing pants. she openly called me a liar and accused me of trying to take her money. i was called a liar, i'm out a pair of designer pants, and the store tried to give me pants that were not even mine. on top of that, the owner would not even come to the store to deal with me in person, she would only talk on the phone. i would highly recommend everyone staying away from this place if you want to keep your clothes and not be personally insulted.
PROS: nothing.
