Review content:
Workers are polite and quick to do the work. While working out the details of the contract they lead you to believe that they are only a phone call away... However, this company is shady from the top down. The 1st time we had to call them out to re-negotiate the contract because they couldn't replace the door surround a promised, it took 2 weeks for someone to show up. The 2nd time we had to call them back to fix the nail holes(about 20 or so) they placed in my roof. They tapped danced around several phone calls until nearly every ceiling in my house had water damage. Three weeks later someone finally showed up unannounced to have a look; unfortunately I couldn't afford to wait that long and had to patch the holes myself! As for the quality of their products that they stand behind, I still have two windows that won't open. Rather than tap dance with them again on the phone; I would rather just live with them the way the are as I will most likely end up fixing them myself anyway.
