I picked out a beautiful Blue Eyes Granite From Ferrazzolli and and I cannot complain about the piece I received. Absolutely beautiful. This was for a bar countertop. They came to measure for the area and the cutout for the sink. My husband had left a diagram detailling where the holes were to be. They came and were very nice. They came to install and I did not realize that the holes were not where designated. When questioned, they faxed me a copy of the preview, WHICH I DID NOT SIGN. THey had initialed it themselves! They would not budge and although I love my granite, I would not go back there for anything. Whoever head of approving your own workorder??
