Our Statewide agent, Jan B., was super. He was very helpful in providing houses that matched our price range and what we were looking for. We went through one round of houses, and we just said, "we want trees in the backyard". All of the houses we were looking at had no trees in the back. It's something we didn't think of in our first list of "must haves." Jan knew of a house and showed it to us. Funny thing is, we previously saw the house while cruising around town and didn't think anything of it. Well, he showed us the backyard. 5 trees - 2 of them huge. We fell in love with the backyard. (finally a yard with some shade!). We purchased the home and come next summer, we realize that one of the trees is a sweet cherry tree. What a bonus! Thanks to Jan, we found this place that we previously dismissed.
