I have two Springers and a crazy poodle. I have taken them to other shops and had my dogs traumatized. After the first time my older Springer Beau, was more relaxed and happy to be there. My poodle Missy is difficult to groom and had been injured by other groomers in the past. I was taken to the grooming table and shown that i had not been brushing her like i should. They took the time to show me how i could do a better job brushing and caring for my baby girls fur. I have never had a bad experience here. They are very friendly and informational. They take the time to make sure you understand. I LOVE them I would never take my dog anywhere else.
