I was very unhappy with their services. It was all about the money. They knew my dog was not going to make it but still kept on throwing prices at me as I was crying me eyes out. Never offered me a tissue. I took him there because I heard how wonderful they are, hoping for a good experience, and also be able to do more for him. I had the money to do what they were talking about doing but is was not in the best interest for my dying dog who was not going to make it . They also charged me for things that were not discussed in price. I will not encourage anybody to go there. After my horrible experience there. He kept saying what is the value of life he really was saying how much more can I get out of these people who are heart broken over losing their family member. And last of all things who ever you are you put my dog in a box that was way to small for him when I took him home my children wanted to say goodbye and we were appalled to see him crunched up with his tongue hanging out of
