I attempted to lease an ATS from Coulter Tempe. After about three weeks, I contacted the bank to check on my payments and they had no account. Ally bank suggested I did not have financing and I should contact the dealer.\r Peter St. John called me that evening to tell me they had made an error and since I purchased the Smart Lease Protect product, Ally bank rejected the document because Coulter erroneously charged a $625 security deposit that is no longer required. He informed me the payment for my 36 month lease would change by $1.10. I asked him what happened to the other $590? I would like that back. He then stated, "If you want to renegotiate your deal you have to talk to sales." He said he would have someone from sales contact me.
