I had heard wonderful things about The Brownstone and when I got there for a bridal consultation, I as completely let down. Overcrowded is not the word for this place and the decor is very undesirable. The staff was unprofessional and rude! While we were meeting with the OWNER, his twenty-something relatives where cursing and telling inappropriate stories right behind us. TVs were also blasting throughout the office during our consultation. For the fear of being deemed a Bridezilla, I endured a most uncomfortable situation. No bride deserves this treatment!!!!
