Worst place ever!!!! I called The Brownstone to first make an appointment with the banquet manager. I was told an appointment was not necessary, however I wanted to make sure someone would be there since it would be a 45 minute drive for me to get there. The rude woman on the phone assured me that someone would be available however I may have to wait a few minutes. I said that was fine. When I got there, the same rude woman asked me if I had an appointment! I told her I was told BY HER that I did not need one. She told me to wait while she got the banquet manager. 10 minutes later, I was ushered to the office and proceeded to speak with him. He was so unprofessional, he was constantly suffling papers on his desk never looking up at me. He also gave me a different price from which was advertised for a sweet 16 event.
