Review content:
I've been in the entertainment industry for 20+ years and this is the ONLY facility in the tri-state area where I refuse to work at. It is THAT bad there! I have turned down a multitude of jobs over the years where I was asked to work as a result of those events being held at the Brownstone. I also have a number of associates who are TOP performers in their field that have the EXACT same policy regarding this pit. The joke in my business among other company owners when asked if a place is bad to work at is this question: "Is it Brownstone-esque'?" (Meaning it is the benchmark for a horrible facility) I highly recommend that you research the reviews on non-biased sites such as this one before paying to have your special day ruined. (Not sites such as the knot, wedding wire, etc. where positive reviews can be bought or manipulated.) I've heard from everyone that has done business with them say that they offer a fairly good price for events but as the old saying goes; you get what you pay
