My fiance and his mom highly recommended this place to us, as they attended a few functions there and had a great time. The best part was the food. So we scheduled an appointment to meet with a banquet manager. The bad thing is that our appointment was for 9pm on a Tuesday night, and we live in NY.\r

When we got there, there was a tricky tray auction happening. So the place was packed. However, the staff was friendly and offered us something to drink. \r

We met with a lovely banquet manager who showed up around. I loved the various rooms, but it was just too busy for my tastes. Not to mention, I wasn't keen on having guests from NY driving through Paterson late at night. \r

Nevertheless, the Brownstone had so much to offer at a great price. I would have definitely considered it more if the majority of our guests weren't from NY, but from NJ.\r

However, if I get invited to an event there, I'll definitely attend. I love the layout and design!
