Review content:
We went to the Brownstone for the second visit and were utterly disappointed. The man I met with gave us totally different prices from the first meeting we had with him and implied we were lying. He contradicted himself multiple times and was even rude by playing with his watch while my mother was asking him a question. If you don't know someone there or don't drop a name, they treat you very different. Unfortunately, the food is amazing, but I would never trust the service there on the most important day of my life. They treat you like a number. I'm assuming since the show is more popular, they figure that they will be booked no matter what, so they don't have to impress you.\r
Lastly, it's like a factory there. As much as they tell you that it doesn't matter that there's multiple events going on, it does!\r
Thank god we didn't book it there.
