We ordered flowers online from Phillips Florist based on their reviews. I understand Claremore isn't the biggest town ever, but ordering flowers from a florist for Mother's Day comes with a few expectations. For example, when I pay a fee for delivery, I expect the flowers to be delivered. Second, if I request them to be delivered on the Friday before Mother's Day, my Mother-in-law shouldn't be asked on Monday BY THE FLORIST for her to come PICK THEM UP. Ridiculous. Stay away from this florist shop. My Mother-in-law finally received the flowers on Monday (should have been delivered on Friday) after she went and picked them up (she lives just outside of Claremore, still with a Claremore address). And to top it off, they were wilted by then. Avoid this shop. No place should charge a delivery fee if they don't deliver, and no place should present flowers wilted and 3 days late, ESPECIALLY for a holiday as special as Mother's Day.
