Review content:
I had never gone to a wheelchair store before and I found that this one was close by. I knew what I wanted but the salesperson refused to listen to me. He picked out the two crappiest chairs there were and said that they were my only options, nevermind the fact that I was willing to pay out of pocket for them if my insurance wouldn't cover it. I didn't get to try out any of the chairs. I wasn't measured or fitted. The salesperson was also quite condescending and treated me like I was a little kid. It was a completely horrible experience. There was one friendly woman but she immediately brought out the older guy who then acted like I needed to be led by the hand, and the only wheelchair user (who I assumed would've been able to help me with my needs far better than the walking just fine salesman) was hidden behind the scenes. He also took my script and only gave me back a photocopy, so now I have to go back and demand my script back.
