Initially, I was blown away by the nice office. Beautifully decorated, you get the "grand tour" on your "complimentary exam". Nice way to lure you in. Then you and your child are in for a ride! The nice professional Dr. Johnson shows how much better of a decorator she is than an orthodontist. If you try to address a concern about the treatment, she will ask you "What do you do for a living?" "Do I tell you how to do your work?" "Don't tell me how to do mine". Less than satisfactory results with my child, I was told I could go to a different orthodontist, and she would recommend one closer to my home, but there would be no refund on the money we paid (paid in full up front). Now my son is undergoing treatment with yet again another orthodontist. They charge about 1/3 less of what Pamela does, and my son's tooth alignment is better after two months of treatment than after her lengthy 3 years. Seems like she specially has trouble with the "final tweaking". I am not the only unsatisfied mo
