Review content:
I went for a tour and while the director was polite and answeered my questions, I can confirm the owner was rude. She was on the phone when I walked in and talking very loud about taxes and tax credits. She barely acknowledged me dispute my appointment. After the tour, and after she got off the phone, she said she might be able to 'get me in' after the director said the was availability. The director looked uncomfortable and the owner quickly back-peddled and corrected herself. She did not introduce herself nor did she even take the time to say goodbye. I don't see how anyone could feel comfortable leaving their kids with a women like that.
