Review content:
For those who have written comments about Dr. Sheffields personality, you have not taken the opportunity to get to know him. I especially find offensive the comments concerning the Dr. not "caring" about the animals. He is actually more of an animal person than a people person! No, he isn't all hugs and kisses and smiles, but he is very KNOWLEDGEABLE! My dog and two cats are all patients of his and he actually saved one of my kitty's life. In addition, he always lets you know UP FRONT what a treatment will cost (much unlike some of the other vets around here), and has even given me tips to "save money" in the long run considering my dog has severe allergies. I guess if you want a vet who is going to hold your hand and tell you just want you want to hear, you need to go somewhere else. If you want an extremely competent doctor who really cares about your animal, you will not find better than Dr. Sheffield. As a plus, his office staff is the BEST!
