doctors and staff are patient ...friendly with the animals. they do not rush with tthe exam .. it is thorough and they do offer alot of their time with you and your pet ..what I like is having the ability to call them for any reason and they will help you and make any reccomendations over the phone .. they do offer in betweens emerency visits in the spot ..
I would highly reccomend them for all your pets needs & health ..
