Small, owner operated hair salons offer big salon services with a very personal touch. This is especially true for Scruples. All of the stylists are very friendly and very competent. They are very flexible with their scheduling and ensure you walk out with a hair cut/style that you absolutely love. They also are able to offer suggestions that are extremely flattering.
