I noticed you responded to "Care is Faltering". But not to the other ones that did not have a good experience. Why is that? I believe the customers, ecsecially since you have nothing to say about there experience. I would like to hear what you have to say about the ones you decided not to respond to. It really makes your clinic look bad if you pick and choose who you respond to. I will be shopping around.
