Absolutley LOVE this place. I had a bad experience with a Vet before I took him to Special Friends. He got neutured and when I went to pick him up they asked me to come to the back room and get him myself because he wouldn't come out of his cage and was hissing at them. Well I go to the back room and he was in a kennel surronded by dogs. I was so upset they didn't put him in a room with other cats. It blew my mind they would stress not only my cat but the dogs out too.I left in tears and it took me a while to trust another place to take care of my Cat's needs. I took him to Special Friends and they fully explained everything they were going to do with him and took such good care of him. They walked my around and gave me a tour after I told them my story and made me feel comfortable. They are super friendly and I don't think I will take my animals any where else. They made me feel like my cat was important to them and seemed very caring.
