This place is HORRIBLE. I brought my dog here for a lump removal recently. To begin with, when dropping off my pet I had to wait nearly an hour in the exam room before anyone came in. No one came in to tell me there was going to be a wait or apologize for the inconvienence. I was also told my dog was going to be vaccinated against rabies here. When I came to pick him up, I was given a rabies tag and certificate. I also picked up some frontline for my cat while I was there. About an hour after I got home, I recieved a call from the vet tech stating that they had forgotten to give my dog the rabies vaccine while he was there. Why on earth did they give me a tag and certificate if he was never vaccinated? Worse yet, if they hadn't realized the mistake my dog would have been walking around not being vaccinated. After getting off the phone, I double checked the frontline they had given me for my cat. Come to see they actually gave me canine frontline instead of feline. It even says on the b
