After 12 years, I will no longer take my dogs to Dr. Woltman. Had an experience where he questioned my integrity and he implied that I had neglected to follow medical recommendations provided by the emergency clinic. I felt like he was accusing me of not taking my pets' health seriosly and it was totally offensive. The staff should also take the time to get to know the long term customers by learning names and being more personable when checking in. I honestly felt like I was just a nubmer. It's really unfortunate because this clinic was so close to my home and very convenient in terms of location. At this point, I don't care how far I have to drive, as long as I find a vet who takes the time to get to know me and takes the time to listen.
